Made in the UK from sustainably sourced Panguaneta poplar plywood, this kit is designed to be posted through your letterbox and constructed at home to provide a safe space for female solitary bees to build nests and lay their eggs.

Solitary bees are a joy to watch and are non-aggressive, therefore child and pet friendly. They don't live in colonies (unlike bumblebees and honey bees) and are facing a crisis having lost much of their natural habitat - they need your help!

Soll ich das Hotel im Winter nach drinnen holen?

Wenn Sie einen geschützten Platz im Freien, wie beispielsweise einen Schuppen, haben, empfehlen wir, das Bienenhotel dort während der kalten, feuchten Monate von November bis März aufzubewahren. Lagern Sie das Bienenhotel nicht in Innenräumen, da die Wärme die Bienenlarven verwirren und zu einem vorzeitigen Schlüpfen führen kann.

Wie lange dauert der Bau des Bienenhotels?

Der Aufbau dauert weniger als 20 Minuten, entweder alleine oder mit einem Kind unter Aufsicht eines Erwachsenen.
